INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SCOPE

This document defines the scope of the Integrated Management System (IMS) established in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) standards.

SFA Elektromekanik Elektrik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (briefly SFA ELECTRIC) was established in 2015 as a subsidiary of Riyadh-based ALFANAR company to operate in the electromechanical sector. The scope of our company is defined as:

The company carries out its manufacturing activities at its factory established on a 17,500 m² area, located at 1st Organized Industrial Zone, 5th Section, Oğuz Street No: 52, Sincan, Ankara, Türkiye. Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems are implemented in an integrated manner within our company.

SFA ELECTRIC is responsible for all clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company carries out continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing the quality of its products and services and increasing customer satisfaction.

It views climate change as a significant risk with potential environmental and socio-economic impacts and aims to be a pioneer in the sector within the framework of sustainability principles. SFA ELECTRIC is committed to implementing and improving environmental management systems, protecting the health and safety of its employees and visitors, preventing occupational accidents, and managing related risks in alignment with these goals.

In our operations, we comply with the relevant legal regulations as well as the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards. This compliance aims to enhance processes and the management system to increase customer satisfaction, address environmental management elements particularly combating climate changeand ensure the health and safety of employees in the workplace.

During the execution of our activities, the process is effectively managed to minimize environmental and occupational health and safety risks. As a requirement of our environmental management system, waste that may be harmful or hazardous to the environment is stored under appropriate conditions in compliance with legal requirements. Disposal or recycling is carried out through licensed companies, and the entire process is monitored. Additionally, occupational health and safety (OHS) risks are assessed, and elements that may pose a threat to employee health and safety are identified to minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents.
